Specialized Applications

Cloeren designs the most state-of-the-art feedblocks and dies for a variety of processes and specialized applications. We have provided die system and process solutions for a number of unique uses such as specialty coating and stranding. Specialty coating uses include proximity coating, slot-die coating or wipe-on coating. Strand dies produce resin pellets after the polymerization process, compounding, or in recycling operations to suit any polymer and application. Cloeren also offers feedblock and die systems for laboratory and pilot extrusion lines.
